Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound client communications providing exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide updates.
* Build strong client relationships and trust.
* Review project information requesting clarifications or missing details as needed.
* Provide technical assistance and answer client questions via live chat and email.
* Troubleshoot platform issues reporting technical problems to the relevant teams and keeping clients informed.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
* Experience with global clients.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
* Strong problemsolving skills.
* Additional languages (e.g. French) a plus.
