Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to generate leads and promote HR services.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management team on market demands and client preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular (monthly and quarterly) sales reports detailing activities progress and achieved targets.
- Represent the company at events and conferences to attract new business and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and agreements/contracts.
Requirements
- Must have at least three 3 years of experience in sales preferably in the HR consulting or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and exceed targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism organization and time management.
- Possess excellent communication (written and verbal).
- A passion for HR services and a strong understanding of the value they bring to organizations.
