Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and clientfocused Relationship Manager to join a dynamic team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and acting as the key point of contact for all servicerelated queries. This role requires excellent communication skills strong business acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Handle client coordination followups and service feedback loops.
Resolve client issues promptly and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Identify upselling or crossselling opportunities and communicate value propositions.
Collaborate with internal departments (HR recruitment and support teams) to meet client expectations.
Maintain client data activity logs and reports for performance tracking.
Attend meetings calls and client visits as needed for account management.
Ensure contract renewals and maintain longterm relationships for business continuity.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Must be a graduate from any stream.
