JOB TITLE HR SpecialistPerformance Management Systems & KRAs

Summary
The HR Specialist Performance Management Systems & KRAs is responsible for designing implementing and
managing the organization's performance management system. This role ensures that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are
effectively defined communicated and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The specialist will work closely
with department heads and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement accountability and high
performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Performance Management System Design & Implementation:
Develop and maintain a robust performance management framework that aligns with organizational objectives.
Design performance appraisal tools templates and processes to ensure consistency and fairness.
Implement performance management systems to streamline the evaluation process.
2. KRA Development & Alignment:
Collaborate with department heads to define and update Key Result Areas (KRAs) for all roles.
Ensure KRAs are SMART (Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Timebound) and aligned with
organizational
goals.
Communicate KRAs to employees and provide guidance on how to achieve them.
3. Performance Evaluation & Feedback:
Oversee the performance appraisal process including goal setting midyear reviews and yearend evaluations.
Train managers and employees on effective performance evaluation techniques and feedback delivery.
Analyze performance data to identify trends gaps and areas for improvement.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and analyze performance data to generate insights and reports for senior management.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as employee productivity engagement and retention.
Use data to recommend changes to the performance management system and KRAs.
6. Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure the performance management system complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry the best practices and trends in performance management and incorporate them into
the organization's processes.
7. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Promote a culture of transparency accountability and continuous improvement through effective
communication.
Address employee concerns related to performance evaluations and KRAs.
Organize workshops and seminars to educate employees on the importance of performance management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in performance management KRA development and employee evaluation.
Strong knowledge of performance management software and tools.
Excellent communication interpersonal and coaching skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
