Optimize Customer Journey through Strategic Automations We Need a Marketing Automation Expert!


FullTime 40 Hours per week

Starts at PHP
Night shift following US Time Zones 12:00 to 9:00 AM PHT 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST or EST) depending on client needs

About the Role:

As a Marketing Automation Expert you will design implement and optimize marketing automation workflows across email SMS and CRM platforms. You ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build highimpact empathetic campaigns develop personalized customer journeys and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Your work will directly influence engagement conversion and retention outcomes.

  • Optimize and Personalize Customer Journeys

    • Analyze customer behaviors to map and enhance journey workflows.

    • Segment audiences based on behavioral data and develop targeted messaging to increase engagement.

    • Improve lead nurturing and conversion flows to elevate marketing performance.

  • Manage and Maintain Marketing Automation Tools

    • Configure monitor and maintain platforms like HubSpot Marketo or similar.

    • Ensure data integrity within the CRM and align segmentation with marketing goals.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform issues and streamline integrations.

  • Create and Maintain Responsive Email and SMS Templates

    • Build and maintain HTMLbased email and SMS templates for mobile compatibility.

    • Test and refine templates for deliverability readability and engagement.

    • Work with designers and content creators to enhance campaign aesthetics and copy.

    • Maintain 100 compliance with GDPR CANSPAM and SMS regulations.

  • Track Analyze and Report Campaign Performance

    • Develop a comprehensive reporting structure to evaluate campaign KPIs.

    • Share actionable insights with stakeholders to improve automation strategies including email open rates SMS response rates and CRM engagement levels..

    • Leverage tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards for performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams

    • Partner with marketing sales product and customer success teams to align automation with business objectives.

    • Support design and content development for highperforming campaigns.


Success Metrics and Performance Milestones:

  • 30 Days: Gain full understanding of current workflows tools and automation strategies. Begin small optimizations to existing campaigns.

  • 90 Days: Successfully implement 3 5 optimized customer journeys and deploy A/B tests that lift conversion rates.

  • 180 Days: Achieve 15 20 improvement in engagement rates and reduce manual workflows by 40 through automation.
