Digital & Communications Marketing
- Assist in asset and banner creation for eretail channels
- Track competitors ads activities monthly and share via competitors report
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendar for Givenchy Singapore Malaysia & Thailand
- Plan negotiate & track for monthly social visibility on key retailer channels
- Assist in PR launch campaigns
- Assist in all PR requisition to ensure that we have the required stocks for launch
- Liaise with PR Agency to ensure PR stocks are sent to our partners on time
- Ensure that all post campaign reports are updated regularly
- Track competitors PR activities and share in monthly competitors report
- Fill in all Digital NIF for Sephoras launch listing
- Ensure all listings on Department Stores are launched ontime
- Track competitors ecommerce activities and share in monthly competitors report
- Assist in the rolling out of CRM plans such as EDM planning and setup
Retail Marketing
- Support local promotions events and concepts to deliver on Brand KPIs
- Communicate with BCs to ensure that they are aware of the upcoming promotional campaigns and events
- Ensure daytoday operational excellence of trade marketing activities
- Track instore competitors activities and share in monthly competitors report
- Prepare instore communications artworks
- Liaising with Retailers on confirmation of artwork
- Assist with Product Registration & price maintenance
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Undergraduate student able to commit for at least 6 months for a fulltime internship (Jul 25 to Dec 25
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a flexible fast paced and challenging environment
- Detailoriented and able to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure adhere to tight timelines and manage stress well
- A keen eye for detail good style and design
- Must be collaborative proactive & independent
