We are looking for an experienced Service and Project Manager with over 5 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both traditional and agile projects.
- Lead teams and services ranging from 5 to 20 members.
Main Tasks:
- Act as the primary point of contact with the client ensuring excellent communication.
- Regular updates and reporting on project and service status to the client.
- Oversee team performance and foster a productive work environment.
- Manage project finances including cost control budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Implement the service manual make corrective adjustments and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Coordinate the resolution of incidents problems and escalations with the assigned teams.
- Address conflicts that may arise during service delivery and escalate them when necessary.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of proven experience in the role.
- Technical degree PMP ITIL certifications and agile methodologies are a plus.
- Experience in the Insurance industry is highly valued.
- Languages: native/bilingual in Portuguese and fluent in English.
