About the MIT Program:
Our Manager in Training program is designed to equip future Village Green leaders with the tools and experience they need to thrive in property management. As an MIT youll rotate through key areas of our operations while learning directly from experienced leaders across departments.
You will receive handson training in:
Marketing & Leasing Strategies
Financial Analysis & Budgeting
Human Resources & Team Leadership
Resident Relations & Customer Experience
Facilities & Operations Management
Compliance and Industry Standards
Youll work alongside property teams to gain a fullcircle view of what it takes to lead a successful multifamily community at Village Green.
Who Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree required
Previous experience in hospitality sales real estate or management is a plus

Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Business Marketing or relative field
Demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership
The ability to multitask and have strong time management
Good supervisory and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
An excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures
Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
