Reporting and Insights Specialist Confluence and Jira

As a Reporting and Insights Specialist at GROW you will: 

• Design implement and optimise Jira workflows tailored to the organisations processes and needs.
• Create customise and maintain Jira dashboards to provide meaningful insights for teams and leadership.
• Develop and maintain automation rules to streamline processes reduce manual work and improve system efficiency.
• Oversee Jira projects permissions and user roles ensuring the tool is configured to support team workflows and business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Jirarelated issues providing solutions and resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
• Continuously assess the current Jira and Confluence setup making recommendations for improvements and implementing best practices.
• Configure and manage the integration of Jira with Confluence ensuring seamless collaboration between the two platforms.
• Provide training and support for team members ensuring users are effectively utilizing Jira and Confluence to their full potential.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to understand their requirements and help translate them into Jira and Confluence solutions that drive productivity.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will likely have: 

• Proven experience working with Jira and Confluence including indepth knowledge of Jira workflows dashboards issue types custom fields and automation.
• Strong Jira administration experience including managing projects permissions and user roles.
• Demonstrated ability to configure and customise Jira workflows and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex Jirarelated issues and challenges.
• Ability to automate processes and develop automation rules in Jira to improve team efficiency.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities with a knack for transforming challenges into opportunities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
• Experience in integrating Jira with other tools or systems (e.g. Confluence Bitbucket Slack) highly desirable.
• Jira certification (e.g. Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) highly desirable.
• Familiarity with advanced Jira addons and plugins (e.g. Jira Portfolio ScriptRunner) highly desirable.
• Experience in providing training and user support for Jira and Confluence users highly desirable.
