We are looking for a Sr Recruiter to to find and connect the best talent both local and international with the right positions. If you have a passion for finding great people and placing them where they thrive wed love to have you on board!
Responsibilities
- Experience handling fullcycle recruitment including liaisons with the hiring manager.
- Responsible for sourcing the best talents with Linkedin and other Job Boards/Channels.
- Sales mindset and excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Provide talent market research to support salary recommendations.
- Execute full cycle recruitment strategy: active and passive sourcing screening interviewing selection and salary negotiations for both local and foreign candidates.
- Keep your candidates in the loop providing timely responses and feedback to the processed candidates.
- Keep track of all potential candidates information in the Application Tracking System database
Qualifications
- 2 5 Years of experience in tech recruitment
- Experienced in both Inhouse and agency.
- Strong experience in different sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and Developer Communities & Forums (GitHub Stack Overflow Social media)
- Excellent English: written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy helping candidates match their career goals with company roles.
- Good in storytelling to engage with candidates.
- Proactive and able to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Be serviceminded. Have a bright and positive attitude.
