The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy. Youll play a pivotal role in introducing our innovative solutions to potential clients qualifying leads and setting the stage for lasting partnerships.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Outreach: Initiate and manage meaningful conversations with prospects through email calls LinkedIn and other channels.
- Educate and Qualify: Clearly articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients qualifying leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.
- Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) to manage leads track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
- Innovate: Suggest new ideas for lead generation outreach campaigns and strategies to enhance results.
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years experience in sales (outsourcing firm experience is an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Comfortable with rejection and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
