Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)

Sagan represents a dynamic entrepreneur managing multiple business ventures. The client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support enabling them to operate at peak efficiency.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fastpaced environment anticipates needs before they arise and ensures seamless daytoday operations. This role requires a high level of discretion initiative and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will provide executivelevel support while also handling some personal assistant responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize emails schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Utilize productivity tools (Google Suite Microsoft Office Zoom) to streamline operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience supporting Clevel executives.
  • Strong written and spoken English (fluency preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Suite Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Highly organized proactive and adaptable.


NicetoHaves:

  • Friendly adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hospitality finance startups or small teams.
  • Familiarity with Notion Asana Slack or other project management tools.
