Job Description

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing plans for festival and exhibition projects. Clearly define target market positioning and promotional strategies. Be familiar with the promotional platforms such as Xiaohongshu Douyin Kuaishou Weibo etc.

  2. Market Expansion and Cooperation: Expand and maintain relationships with media channels and marketing partners. Be responsible for the promotion of festival and exhibition activities audience recruitment and crossindustry cooperation.

  3. Event Planning and : Be skilled at planning various online and offline events such as themed exhibitions fairs performances competitions livestreaming sales etc. and ensure the smooth implementation of events.

  4. Internal Communication and Coordination: Act as the internal communication bridge for the project to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with the project manager and various departments.

  5. Achievement of Promotion Goals: Be responsible for developing exhibition and sponsorship plans and complete key indicators such as the recruitment of general audiences and professional buyers.


Qualifications :

  1. Education and Major: Bachelors degree or above. Preference will be given to those with a background in Marketing Advertising Media or related fields.

  2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in marketing and promotion as well as various largescale brand activities. Background in a 4A advertising agency is preferred.

  3. Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills capable of establishing good relationships with partners and media.

  4. Market Insight and Teamwork: Keen market insight and outstanding teamwork ability capable of accurately grasping market trends and customer needs.

  5. Personal Traits: Cheerful personality innovative spirit strong interpersonal communication skills and a serious and downtoearth attitude.

  6. Skill Requirements: Proficient in using office software with excellent planning and implementation capabilities.
