Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Drive the development of the global category strategy defining subcategory strategies aligned with internal and external requirements.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships developing and implementing supplier strategies including consolidation and performance improvement.
- Lead cost analysis and optimization including annual price negotiations market scouting and cost benchmarking.
- Oversee capacity management contract management and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Provide expert consultation to procurement colleagues on legal contract matters ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
Qualifications :
Education
- Masters degree in Engineering Economics or a relevant field.
- A degree from a renowned university is a plus.
- Legal knowledge is an asset.
Professional Experience
- 3 years of experience in procurement supplier management and cost analysis.
- Proven track record of working with international stakeholders and suppliers in a dynamic environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Ability to manage complex business relationships across international teams.
- Selfmotivated resilient and adaptable to challenging situations.
- Team player with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for business needs.
Languages
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
