The primary responsibility of the Senior Global Payroll Specialist will be to process our global payrolls. The ideal candidate will have experience in US Payroll and working with third party payroll providers in Europe. This position will report to the Finance Director and is an excellent opportunity to help lead an organization through a transformative time in the business. Responsibilities
Payroll Processing & Compliance
Coordinate and oversee the annual 401K audit and ensure adherence to all relevant retirement plan regulations.
Financial Reconciliation & Reporting
Assist in the annual financial audit by preparing payrollrelated reports and responding to auditor inquiries.
Process Optimization & CrossDepartment Collaboration
Serve as the main liaison between the Finance and People Departments ensuring seamless communication regarding payrollrelated matters such as new hires terminations leaves of absence (maternity parental etc. and benefit adjustments.
Continuously streamline and enhance payroll processes identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements in collaboration with Finance and People teams.
