Job Description
Luna Socks is an ecommerce company that manufactures custom socks for pet lover. Customers can upload an image and we print it on socks. As we expand our presence in Portuguesespeaking countries we are looking for a parttime customer support specialist who is fluent in Portuguese on a freelancing basis.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaboration opportunities.
- Enhance the overall wording and content on the website to ensure clarity and appeal to the Portuguese market.
Requirements
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English.
- Experience with social media management particularly on Instagram.
- Available for approximately 2 hours per day on a freelance basis.
- Preferred: Experience in customer support and familiarity with Shopify.
