Job Description
Job Title: Mobile Tech Lead (iOS Android)
Experience: 12 Years
Location: Chennai
Joining Time: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Tech Lead to join our team in Chennai. In this role you will lead the design development and deployment of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features ensuring a seamless and highquality mobile experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend design development and deployment of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and backend developers to define design and implement new features.
- Communicate with customers to gather requirements provide updates and address any issues related to the project.
- Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams to visualize application structure and workflows ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs to support mobile applications and integrate with other systems.
- Ensure the application architecture adheres to microservice principles to promote scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews maintain code quality and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative innovative and growthdriven team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends tools and technologies in mobile app development and backend services.
- Provide technical leadership in the development process and contribute to technical strategy and planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and how they influence mobile app development.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on mobile app development.
- Proficiency in Flutter Xamarin React Native and Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with backend services RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud and containerization (e.g. Docker.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Desired Experience:
Around 12 years of professional experience in mobile app development with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
