Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive our B2B marketing efforts enhance brand visibility and support strategic sales initiatives for our technology solutions. The ideal candidate should be wellversed in marketing strategic planning and effective communication to attract and retain clients in the competitive IT industry. Location: Chennai India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

.

Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns tailored to the IT sector to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

.

Identify target markets and create effective gotomarket strategies.
.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.


Digital Marketing:

.

Manage TekyDoct s social media presence (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram etc. to increase engagement and visibility.
.

Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online presence and drive website traffic.
.

Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc. and track performance.


Content Creation:

.

Create engaging content for social media website email newsletters and marketing collateral.
.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
.

Develop content aligned with the tech industry trends and target audience needs.


Market Research & Analysis:

.

Conduct market research specific to the industry to identify customer needs market trends and competitor activities.

.

Analyse customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.


Event Coordination:

.

Organize and manage events trade shows and industry meetups to build brand visibility.
.

Handle logistics vendor coordination and onsite .
.

Develop postevent reports to measure success and identify improvement areas.


Partnerships and Networking:

.

Build and maintain relationships with industry partners associations and stakeholders.
.

Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and credibility.


B2B Marketing:

.

Experience in B2B marketing is highly preferred with the ability to engage and build relationships with corporate clients and business partners.

.

Develop and implement strategies to target business clients and drive sales through partnership and collaboration.


Lead Generation & Sales Support:

.

Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support business development initiatives in the IT sector.
.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.


Requirements

Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role preferably within the IT industry or SaaS industry.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and strategic business planning.

Strong understanding of social media platforms SEO SEM and content marketing.

Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics HubSpot and CRM platforms.

Familiarity with tech industry trends and ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Excellent communication presentation and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
