A leading wholesale distributor of nonferrous metals is seeking a detailoriented Accounting Assistant / Administrative Support professional to join their team. This role supports daily office operations and light accounting duties helping ensure smooth internal workflows and excellent service to clients in the U.S. and Mexico.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as data entry expense tracking and invoice preparation.
- Generate and distribute timely management reports using Excel.
- Support daily administrative tasks including filing documentation and internal coordination.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal operational procedures.
- Perform other office and accounting support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Basic Korean language proficiency is required (verbal and written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas and data management).
- Ability to work independently and follow structured guidelines.
- Prior experience in accounting bookkeeping or office administration is preferred but not required.

- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
