Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking Virtual Hospitality Professionals to join our team offering an exciting opportunity for hospitality enthusiasts to deliver exceptional service remotely. In this role you will leverage your expertise to ensure client satisfaction and comfort assisting with travel bookings managing reservations and providing personalized recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with hospitality needs including accommodation bookings restaurant reservations and transportation services.
Provide tailored advice based on client preferences and budget.
Communicate via phone email and online chat to address inquiries and ensure seamless bookings.
Coordinate with vendors to secure reservations and negotiate rates.
Stay updated on industry trends to offer accurate guidance.
