Turner & Townsend is looking for a Junior Business Generation Consultant with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn. Youll be working closely with the Italian Business Generation & Marketing Manager so youll never be alonebut youll have the space to grow take initiative and make an impact.
We work on projects of all sizes from planning data centers to delivering iconic buildings. This is your chance to sharpen your strategic thinking enhance your communication skills and contribute to real business growth.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in the preparation of tender proposals ensuring documents are complete accurate and submitted on time.
- Help coordinate corporate events (internal and external) to strengthen brand awareness by managing logistics communications and ensuring smooth .
- Support marketing and communication activities contributing to content creation for digital channels and media relations.
- Create and update key business development documents such as corporate presentations capability statements and tender materials.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of experience in a corporate role (internships included).
- Degree in Business Marketing or Communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (B2/C1 both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Office specifically in PowerPoint Word and Excel with a keen eye for document quality and visual appeal.
- Eager to grow in an international collaborative environment.
