Head of HR Services - IFS Ultimo

• Directing the HR Services organisation 5 HC / 35 FTE).
• Responsible for all the global operational and administrative functions of HR including payroll.
• Manage daytoday HR operations including employee records management HRIS maintenance payroll coordination and compensation & benefits administration.
• Ensure HR processes are efficient standardized accessible secure and compliant with local legal and regulatory demands.
• Develop and implement HR integration plans for M&As in partnership with the People & Culture Director Sr. HRBP and crossfunctional teams to align the acquired companys HR functions with IFS Ultimo and ensure a smooth transition and integration of HR systems policies and procedures.
• Ensure global and regional HR policies comply with local rules laws and regulations.
• Manage audits reporting and compliance related to HR operations.
• Develop and monitor key HR metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and IFS on HR service delivery performance.

Qualifications :

• University qualification or equivalent experience in or comparable to Human Resources or Business Administration. 
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Dutch (C1.
• Proven ability in senior human resources management specifically in a leadership role.
• Proven ability in managing global HR operations and delivering HR services.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices in Europe and the USA.
• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
• Expertise in an international work environment.
