Job Description
At Daxko were looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead the successful of client projects during the onboarding and launch phases. Youll be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from project kickoff to implementation overseeing a variety of digital projects including website design development landing pages plugins and digital marketing campaigns.
In this role youll work closely with designers developers SEO specialists and marketing teams to ensure projects stay on track meet expectations and deliver real value. If youre highly organized detailoriented and thrive in a fastpaced clientfacing environment this is your chance to make an impact.
What Youll Do
- Lead Seamless Onboarding Guide new clients through the onboarding process setting the stage for a successful project start.
- Define & Manage Project Scope Work with internal teams and clients to establish clear deliverables expectations and timelines.
- Own Project Timelines Set up and manage schedules in Asana ensuring milestones are met and deliverables stay on track.
- Oversee Digital Manage the production of websites landing pages plugin integrations and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure Clear Communication Keep clients informed engaged and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate CrossFunctionally Work closely with designers developers SEO specialists and marketing strategists to ensure alignment.
- Identify & Resolve Roadblocks Proactively troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary to keep projects moving forward.
- Ensure Quality & Accuracy Conduct final quality checks and prelaunch testing to ensure flawless .
- Train & Support Clients Provide training and documentation to help clients manage their digital assets postlaunch.
- Optimize Workflows Continuously improve onboarding and project management processes tracking key metrics for efficiency.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Strong Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Digital Project Expertise Understanding of website development workflows plugin integrations and digital marketing .
- ProblemSolving Mindset Ability to troubleshoot roadblocks and align crossfunctional teams to maintain progress.
- ClientFocused Approach Experience working with crossfunctional teams and managing client expectations.
- Clear & Professional Communication Strong email communication proficiency with excellent writing skills.
MustHave Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience in project management digital marketing or website development.
- Strong background in Customer Service and Account Management within a digital environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana Trello or Monday.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience managing clientfacing projects in an agency or digital services environment.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress GoHighLevel) marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Additional Information :
The salary range for this role is $45600 $74400 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performancebased incentives and opportunities for growth.
