Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Human Resources Management
Develop and implement HR strategies workforce structures and talent planning to support business objectives.
Lead recruitment initiatives to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce aligned with company goals.
Design and execute training programs to enhance employees capabilities and align them with business needs.
Establish career growth pathways for internal talent and implement strategies to attract external expertise.
Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages covering salaries bonuses and employee welfare.
Foster employee engagement through reward and recognition programs promoting a positive work culture.
Drive corporate culture initiatives and enhance internal communications to uphold company values.
Oversee labor relations ensuring compliance and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
Implement and monitor performance evaluation frameworks (KPIs) to track efficiency and productivity.
Continuously refine HR policies processes and governance frameworks for optimization.
Manage HRrelated budgets ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
Liaise with governmental bodies on HR and compliance matters.
Handle additional HR duties as required.
Administration Management:
Supervise office operations including documentation clerical activities and administrative protocols.
Oversee office functions such as reception facility maintenance security and work environment management.
Support corporate events conferences and internal meetings.
Manage office assets equipment and resources efficiently.
Ensure effective coordination and allocation of transportation (company cars).
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Director.
Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws social insurance employment laws and tax regulations.
Expertise in HR management practices and modern HR tools.
Proficiency in English.
Solid recruitment communication and training facilitation skills.
Strong problemsolving negotiation and leadership abilities.
Ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) with excellent document formatting skills.
Strong sense of responsibility attention to detail and proactive mindset.
Serviceoriented with a peoplecentric approach.
Ability to adapt quickly remain flexible and collaborate effectively in team environments.
