Job Title: Mobile Automation Engineer (iOS & Android)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Automation Engineer with expertise in both iOS and Android platforms to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile automation testing as well as a deep understanding of both iOS and Android application testing frameworks. You will play a key role in improving the quality and reliability of our mobile applications by designing implementing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for both iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Develop and execute automated functional regression and performance tests using mobile testing tools such as Appium XCUITest Espresso and Robot Framework.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test cases that can be automated and ensure that all automation tests are integrated into the continuous integration (CI) pipeline.
- Analyze and report test results providing feedback to the development team regarding any defects or issues found.
- Identify design and implement improvements to the test automation framework to increase efficiency maintainability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the mobile test environment ensuring smooth of tests across both iOS and Android devices.
- Perform manual testing when necessary to validate complex or critical use cases.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends in mobile application testing tools and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mobile automation testing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Appium XCUITest Espresso or similar mobile automation tools.
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in Java Swift Kotlin or ObjectiveC.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Handson experience with mobile testing frameworks such as JUnit TestNG and Cucumber.
- Knowledge of mobile application lifecycles architecture and testing methodologies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts handle test data and generate test reports.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crossfunctional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
