Job Summary:
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Selfmotivated taskdriven and able to apply best practices theory
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to create and execute in the field solutions
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Complete complex audio/video installs setup and calibration
- Control system design (control/lighting/shading)
- Advanced troubleshooting of simple and complex systems
- Advanced networking/wifi system design installation and setup (Araknis Ubiquiti)
- Complete programming of advanced systems (Control4 Lutron)
- Support of legacy and/or thirdparty products and systems
- Complete understanding of AV rack design and building
- CEDIA Lutron Homeworks/RA2 and Control4 certifications
- Some travel required with potential for overnight stay
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed organized and multitask driven
- Ability to work on rotating oncall service schedule
- Proficient in AV lighting shading network/WiFi control systems installation and programming
- Assist in training and evaluation of junior level technicians
- Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing (dTools knowledge a plus)
- Clean driving record and background check
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience
