The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential and existing customers promoting Dewan Softs products/services and achieving sales targets within a defined territory or sector. This role requires a proactive resultsoriented individual with excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. The Sales Specialist will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and provide exceptional customer service throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels (e.g. cold calling networking online research referrals).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Effectively manage and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory or sector.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and followup.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends market activities and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market opportunities and customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new market segments or customer groups.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Track and analyze sales performance against targets.
- Manage expenses and adhere to company policies.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. marketing customer service product development) to achieve company objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Share best practices and insights with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales preferably in Relevant Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Very good in English (written and spoken).
