Pay Range : $1000 $1500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:
We are a home care agency franchise dedicated to providing highquality care services. As we scale our operations we are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment and scheduling processes. The ideal candidate will help streamline our hiring workflow ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified caregivers while minimizing administrative bottlenecks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling Support 70:
- Monitor and manage scheduling changes within our CRM system.
- Coordinate with caregivers and the Operations Manager to ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient schedule for caregivers and avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Recruitment Support 30:
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (APD) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews with the Operations Manager and handle interview coordination.
- Assist in recruitment efforts including sourcing and following up with candidates.
Support Function:
- Take down tickets from team members clients or caregivers and lodge them to the Operations team for resolution.
- Assist with light social media and SEO tasks to improve brand visibility (lower priority).
- Provide general administrative support related to recruitment and scheduling.
Minimum Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant Recruitment Coordinator or similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact effectively across different time zones and cultures.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (APD or similar) and scheduling CRMs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment scheduling or a related field.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the home care healthcare or servicebased industries.
- Knowledge of social media management and basic SEO strategies.
- Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools and systems.
