English Teacher Outstanding School Surrey
An Outstanding Ofstedrated secondary school in Surrey requires a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join their highly successful English department. This is a fulltime permanent position teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5 for a suitably experienced candidate).
Responsibilities:
The appointed English Teacher will plan and deliver highquality engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the National Curriculum and inspire a love of language and literature. You will develop students reading writing speaking and listening skills across a range of texts. Assessing student progress providing effective feedback and collaborating with colleagues are key expectations for this English Teacher role. We are seeking an excellent English Teacher.
Requirements:
Candidates must be a qualified English Teacher (QTS) with a degree in English Literature English Language or a closely related subject. Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level is essential. Strong classroom management skills excellent communication and the ability to inspire students are required. We need a committed English Teacher.
