Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR Generalist Executive to join the Human Resources team of Our client . As an HR Generalist Executive you will support various HR functions including recruitment employee relations HR administration payroll support and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their career in HR and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in job postings resume screening and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial rounds of interviews and candidate assessments.
Prepare offer letters contracts and documentation for new hires.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees answering HRrelated queries.
Assist in resolving minor employee concerns and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
Process attendance leave requests and employee documentation.
Assist in generating HR reports such as attendance and leave balances.
Payroll Support:
Assist in data collection and preparation for payroll processing.
Ensure accurate tracking of attendance and overtime.
Assist in distributing payslips and other payrollrelated tasks.
Compliance & Policy Support:
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Support in conducting basic HR audits to ensure legal compliance.
Assist in updating employee handbooks and company policies.
Training & Development Support:
Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
Help identify training needs and coordinate with the training team.
