Through your passion and motivation you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests.
No two days are the same so what will you be doing
- Solicit all market segments (with strong focus on Leisure and Business groups) and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Participate in tradeshows conventions and promotional events
- Maintain accounts contact activity and business details
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated sales experience in a hotel or related tourism industry
- Sales flair will be complemented by your epic problemsolving skills
- Strong organisational interpersonal relationship management influencing and negotiation skills
- Welldeveloped time management and prioritising skills
- Well presented with a confident positive and approachable demeanour
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and executive effective sales plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Sales & Marketing or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded
