Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Lead a dynamic team of ServiceNow Training Sales Associates
- Directly support the global sales team across the endtoend training sales cycle for our customers and partners. Interface with serviceNow Customers.
- Review requests for Order Forms for accuracy and completeness
- Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple crossfunctional projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectivelyacross multiple internal teams to include sales sales operations expert services partners and customer success.
Tasks
- Located in Hyderabad India (office)
- Able to read/write English
- Proficient in Outlook Word and Excel
- Experience with a CRM system
- Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories
- Strong listening analytic and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize to meet business needs
- Effective communicator both written and verbal
- Team Player with a positive attitude ready to work in a fastpaced environment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 25 years of Sales and /or Sales Ops related experience
- 25 years of experience leading a team
- Must be humble and hungry
- Overwhelmingly positive attitude
- Lead from the front
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Should possess a background in learning & development and sales operations
- 20 exposure to working coordinating &/or supporting a sales organization
- Exceptional Communication Skills (both verbal written)
- Excellent organizational skills multitask manage workload and balance priorities
- Selfstarter someone who can work independently; doesnt require micromanagement.
- Experience in working night shifts
