About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our brands online presence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various social media platforms customer serviceoriented and possess excellent time management and analytical skills. Prior experience in social media management is a plus but not mandatory.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Content Creation & Curation Ability to develop source and schedule engaging content tailored for various platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc..
- Community Engagement Actively monitor manage and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner to enhance audience interaction.
- Brand Consistency & Accuracy Ensure all social media posts align with the companys branding messaging and communication guidelines while maintaining accuracy and relevance.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution Handle customer inquiries feedback and concerns professionally striving for timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Strategic Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media interactions with broader marketing campaigns promotions and initiatives.
- Platform & Trend Awareness Stay updated on social media trends algorithm changes and best practices to optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
- Time & Task Management Efficiently plan schedule and balance multiple tasks to maintain a consistent and responsive social media presence.
- DataDriven Approach Analyze social media performance metrics to assess engagement and refine content strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
