Overview:
Seeking a Network Services Manager to oversee the operation performance and availability of network infrastructure focusing on Networking Telecom MPLS and VOIP technologies. This handson leadership role requires strong technical expertise and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and engineer Cisco Networking and Telecom systems.
- Support and optimize Cisco infrastructure performance and security.
- Maintain and configure telecommunication systems and MPLS networks.
- Troubleshoot issues with TCP/IP UDP QoS MPLS and SIP.
- Oversee network security monitoring and compliance.
- Lead network expansion projects and system upgrades.
- Develop and document network configurations and processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and thirdparty service providers.
- Mentor and lead junior network staff.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in TCP/IP UDP QoS MPLS SIP SDWAN and DMVPN.
- Experience with Cisco routers switches and firewalls.
- Cisco Voice and CCNP certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with PBXs ACDs ALGs and SBCs.
- Knowledge of monitoring technologies and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting multisite WAN environments.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient with Cisco switches Nexus ASAs and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Strong understanding of Layer 3 networks and routing protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Cisco Unity and collaboration software.
- Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
- Flexible to work varying hours including evenings and weekends.
