In this role youll strategically develop channel customer and market category management business plans that integrate with overall business goals. In addition youll turn insights into actions by executing analysing and evaluating category plans. Youll utilise knowledge of market customer and Category Management to facilitate the customer business planning process and lead that dialogue across the organisation.
SUPPORT LOCAL MARKETS & RETAILER
Youll establish and maintain a partnership with Trade Marketing Managers Key Account Managers and Retail Partners in the development of strategic plans for category management and provide leading edge category management solutions. Youll provide strategic direction to local teams and implement category development programs by leading the dialogue to focus on category growth opportunities. In addition youll lead Category Engagement with leading retailers across multiple markets and develop and facilitate toptotop meetings with key retailers.
TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE HUB
Youll work with Global Regional & Local Trade Marketing teams to facilitate and further develop and refine Red Bulls globally leading Category Management training programs. Youll support the Global Category Manager on the process of updating case studies training materials and strategy. Another part of the role is to champion knowledge sharing and create an environment to share best practices and category updates by utilizing all available platforms.
STORYTELLING & SO WHAT
Youll focus on transforming raw data into selling stories that address specific business needs and communicate findings of analysis on key platforms (Share Points Webinars Podcasts). Youll understand the needs expectations and ways of working of your stakeholders to deliver impactful selling material based on shopper data. You will represent the voice of the Category to different Summits Globally and present to large audiences.
SPACE MANAGEMENT
Youll be responsible to ensure that our teams have the best resources when it comes to Space Management liaising with different providers and creating tailormade solutions to enable efficient and accurate planogramming concepts.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in category management and/or trade marketing roles with customer facing experience.
Extensive knowledge in working with data (e.g. Nielsen IQ Circana etc. as well as strong analytical skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Extensive knowledge of Planogram software (e.g. Blue Yonder JDA Nexgen).
Indepth knowledge of the consumer goods industry; ideally experience in food & beverage
Strong attention to detail process driven and structured.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey analytical insights across all levels of the organisation as well as to deliver presentations and training sessions.
Innovative selfmotivated solutionoriented mindset with problemsolving and strategic thinking skills.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.807 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
