Were looking for a Maintenance Technician (Maintenance B) who will play a crucial role in keeping our plant operations reliable and safe. Youll be part of a supportive collaborative team focused on preventative maintenance equipment troubleshooting safety compliance and continuous operational improvements.
What Youll Do:
Preventative Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections maintenance and plant equipment and instrumentation repairs.
Safety & Compliance: Participate actively in plant safety initiatives perform regular safety inspections and ensure strict adherence to OSHA NDEQ RCRA HM126 MSHA DOT and other applicable regulations.
Troubleshooting & ProblemSolving: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently coordinating contractor assistance when needed.
Maintenance Management: Use our work order system to prioritize tasks manage timely completion of repairs and maintain organized inventory and maintenance supplies.
Facility Upkeep: Operate plant equipment for seasonal maintenance such as snow clearing and ice removal.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED.
Good mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand technical materials and equipment manuals.
Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
Metal fabrication and welding experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Excellent organizational abilities attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Flexibility to work overtime and handle oncall maintenance duties.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds climb stairs and work in varying conditions.
