Deliver projects that meet stakeholder expectations ensure outcomes are align with strategic priorities and create value for the organization
Develop detailed project plans timelines and achieve project goals efficiently
Identify assess mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams ensure clear communication and act as a bridge between technical teams business units and leadership
Track project milestones performance metrics deliverables and provide regular status update to all relevant stakeholders
Job Responsibilities(JR) :
Project Planning and Initiation
1. Ensuring all projects contribute to organizational objectives
2. Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
3. Develop comprehensive project plan timelines and milestones
and Delivery
1. Ensure projects are executed within the defined scope and timeline
2. Monitor and control project progress make adjustments as need to address issues
3. Deliver highquality project outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
1. Lead/ navigate crossfunctional project teams (Business units IT Product Vendors) ensure collaboration and effective communication
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide periodical updates
3. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly
Risk Management
1. Identify analyze and prioritize project risks throughout the lifecycle
2. Implement mitigation plans to address potential risks proactively
Performance Tracking and Reporting
1. Track project performance using tools metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction efficiency customer satisfaction or regulatory adherence
2. Provide detailed reports and presentation to stakeholders and leadership highlighting project milestones risks outcomes.
Quality Assurance
1. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards enhance customer experience and align with project objectives such as faster transaction processing improved digital banking experience etc
2. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle
3. Maintain accurate project documentation for audits and knowledge management
Change Management
1. Develop and implement change management plans to support the adoption of new processes technologies or products
2. Train and support staff to adapt to project outcomes ensuring smooth transitions
Educational Qualifications
Graduation:
PostGraduation:
Certifications:
Lean / Six Sigma trained / certified (minimum Green Blet)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster
Strong understanding of banking operations product and regulatory requirements
Expertise in Project Management tools (Microsoft Project)
Proficiency in Collaboration & Reporting tools (Microsoft Teams Tableau Power BI)
Competency in Business Process Reengineering for optimizing workflows & processes
Exceptional stakeholder management communication and problemsolving skills
Experience Required
Minimum experience of 1015 years
Exposure to banking preferable
