Role Overview
- Manage new application development and maintenance for IACB applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical/Development Area:
- Design develop and deploy automation solutions using IBM Automation Control Board (IACB) to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes configurations and integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure seamless operation and resolve any issues that arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve automation solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and endusers on IACB functionalities.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in automation technologies and IBM products to leverage new features and capabilities.
Project and Team Management:
- Manage IACB development for projects smallscale developments change requests and incident fixes.
- Plan Develop and Manage application development activities
- Creation of work breakdown structure (WBS)/Schedule Creation
- Resource Loading assignment and Management of members
- Review Spec Design and Code developed by members
- RCA review Incident FIX review
- Technical support to members
Requirements & Architecture:
- Understand business requirements and processes with TFA/BA teams.
- Participate in requirements grooming and elaboration sessions.
- Engage in architecture reviews and finalize solutions for new projects and development work.
- Provide estimations for new development (Projects Intakes Change Requests etc)
- Govern development activities to ensure projects meet their scope quality and timeline.
- Incident & Issue Management:
Manage inquiries incident fixes data issues environment issues (e.g. data infrastructure configuration code deployment performance) and BAU activities.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Update and maintain all application master documents.
Report development progress to the MLJ Manager and Project Managers.
- Environment Support:
Assist in setting up new environments.
Language Requirement
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 and above is required for onsite lead positions.
