Job Summary:
The Client Advisor s role is crucial in driving sales by providing an exceptional and personalized experience to each client. This position requires a deep understanding of styling client relationships and luxury service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Experience:
- Master the Client Journey to build longterm client relationships.
- Engage proactively with existing and potential clients.
- Deliver an impeccable luxury service experience at every phase (preparation welcome exploration presentation closing and farewell).
- Maintain awareness of CRM targets and actively participate in all initiatives to achieve them.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns and utilize all clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within the given timeframe.
- Consistently capture client data and record qualitative insights.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of highvalue clients including VICs and VVICs.
- Strive to meet sales KPIs and CRM targets consistently.
Styling:
- Understand clients needs and guide them across all product categories.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and seasonal styles to curate personalized looks.
- Continuously develop product and fit knowledge through company training tools and instore styling sessions.
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences organizing merchandise and creating a welcoming environment.
- Keep informed about new arrivals seasonal trends and special boutique events.
Merchandise and Visuals:
- Assist with all sales and aftersales activities including returns endofseason processes repairs and client concerns.
- Ensure product maintenance and floor replenishment.
- Maintain awareness of warehouse stock to optimize replenishment and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold boutique presentation standards and seamless operations.
- Work closely with the Visual team to follow display guidelines and report relevant information to store management.
Operations:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize the POS system for all client transactions efficiently.
- Support operational tasks such as shipping and receiving in the absence of an Ops team member.

- Previous luxury retail experience with a focus on client relationships.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong clientelebuilding and relationshipmanagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Office programs (Word Excel Outlook).
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings weekends and holidays.
