Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Property Manager or Junior Property Manager to join a business with an amazing company culture and excellent ongoing career advancement opportunities.
A leader within sales and property management this business is situated within Brisbanes northern suburbs and offers a supportive low stress and friendly environment. As Property Manager you will oversee a capped portfolio based on your experience and comfort level.
As well as offering a fun sociable environment this business is always looking to improve offering regular high level training to provide the best possible working conditions and service offering to their clients.
Requirements
- Recent experience within some aspects of residential property management
- People focused / Strong ethics (service over speed)
- High level customer service skills
- Adaptable communication skills (written and verbal)
- Hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate or be close to completion
- Driving license
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Console Cloud or Property Me preferred but not essential
