Job Description
- Manage design engineering for CSA MEP systems and Theme Elements.
- Coordinate design efforts with internal teams and external consultants.
- Plan and budget for facility modifications.
- Develop policies for the facilities department.
- Work with architecture/engineering firms on design criteria and drawings.
- Ensure design input is captured in drawings and specifications.
- Inspect construction progress for compliance with plans.
- Develop specifications to meet building and safety codes.
- Coordinate mechanical system installations and manage design changes.
- Review BIM integration for design and clash management.
Qualifications :
- 15 years of experience including 10 years in design and 5 years in management.
- Experience in theme park projects or similar industries preferred.
- Skilled in project control and risk assessments.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
