Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Configuration & Customization:
- Customize Salesforce to fit the organizations business processes by configuring objects fields page layouts workflows validation rules and process automation.
- Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud (as applicable).
- Manage user profiles permissions and security settings to ensure proper access controls are in place.
- User Management & Support:
- Create manage and deactivate user accounts in Salesforce.
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues answering questions and offering guidance on system features and best practices.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Conduct enduser training and onboarding for new hires.
- Data Management & Integrity:
- Ensure that data is clean accurate and uptodate within Salesforce by performing regular data maintenance tasks (e.g. data imports data quality checks and deduplication).
- Work with data migration teams to support the import of new data into Salesforce.
- Implement data validation rules to ensure that data entered into Salesforce is accurate and consistent.
- Work to ensure that data archival is addressed in compliance with data standards.
- Reporting & Dashboards:
- Design develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for various departments (sales marketing service etc. to support decisionmaking.
- Ensure that reports are accurate timely and actionable.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on report and dashboard analysis.
- Automation & Workflow Management:
- Create and manage automation using tools like Process Builder Flow and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes.
- Implement approval processes task assignments and notifications to increase operational efficiency.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Monitor and apply Salesforce system updates patches and releases.
- Manage release and sandbox environments ensuring that updates and changes are thoroughly tested before deployment to production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors or issues promptly.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Salesforce is configured to meet business requirements.
- Collect feedback from users and collaborate with business teams to continually improve the Salesforce environment.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement and monitor Salesforce security measures including user permissions profile settings and audit logs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR when handling customer data within Salesforce.
- Project Management:
- Manage and participate in Salesforcerelated projects such as system enhancements new feature rollouts or integrations with other tools and systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors consultants or development teams for advanced customizations or integrations.
Required Skills :
- Salesforce Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Salesforce Shield etc..
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration tools such as Salesforce Lightning Apex and declarative tools (Process Builder Flow etc. SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- Problemsolving skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and find practical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and system configurations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201
- Experience with Salesforce Development: Basic understanding of Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced customizations.
- Experience with Integrations: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with thirdparty tools and platforms.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in managing projects either independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of Business Processes: Strong knowledge of business processes in sales customer service and marketing and how they can be translated into Salesforce configurations.
