Job Description
The selected candidate would be expected to carry out the necessary maintenance duties required at the premises of the company including:
- Painting;
- Gypsum/drywall installations/repairs:
- General preventative maintenance;
- General repairs on building fabrics;
- Basic Plumbing and general electrical works;
- Basic masonry.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will:
- Be organized practical and trustworthy;
- Be capable of working efficiently and with minimal supervision;
- Show a strong dedication towards customer satisfaction;
- Be a problem solver and capable in general troubleshooting;
- Be proficient in both Maltese and English languages.
Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
The post calls for a maximum of 20 hours per week flexible working hours.
