You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUnder the supervision of the Vice President of Sales and Marketing the Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in the business development of Dimonoffs technology solutions sector specifically in intelligent lighting and parking management.
Main Responsibilities:
Actively promote Dimonoffs technology solutions to existing and potential clients.
Identify and reach out to new prospects to expand commercial reach.
Maintain and strengthen solid business relationships with current customers.
Support the implementation of the commercial strategy and actively contribute to the companys market positioning.
Coordinate all inside sales activities including the preparation of preliminary and final quotes and followup on specific projects.
Ensure rigorous followup on proposals to maximize the conversion rate into orders.
Keep the sales database up to date prepare forecasts and monitor ongoing projects and strategic accounts.
Conduct market intelligence to identify business opportunities and relevant technological trends.
Manage and track opportunities in collaboration with Dimonoffs network of manufacturer representatives.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience:
College or university degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in inside sales or sales coordination ideally in a technological or industrial environment.
Experience with technical solutions or projectbased sales is a strong asset.
Skills and Competencies:
Fluency in both English and French written and spoken; comfortable working with American and international clients.
Strong skills in organization prioritization and project coordination.
Excellent ability to build and maintain longterm customer relationships.
Strong business acumen and resultsdriven mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams (sales marketing engineering etc..
Proficiency with standard IT tools (Office Suite CRM project tracking tools etc..
