We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Technical Sales & Operations Specialist to drive business growth by identifying customer needs recommending appropriate technical products and ensuring seamless operational . This role combines sales customer relationship management and operational oversight to deliver exceptional service and maintain highquality standards.
Technical Sales & Customer Engagement

Assess customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.

Communicate complex technical information in a clear and customerfriendly manner.

Follow up with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Identify sales opportunities new markets products and services.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in target organizations.

Prepare reports and proposals for vendors or clients related to technical products.
Operations & Supply Chain Management

Oversee daily production assembly line operations ensuring efficiency and quality.

Plan and coordinate delivery and fitment schedules to meet customer expectations.

Maintain compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Support supply chain activities within the branch including supplier identification.

Ensure purchased goods meet technical and quality requirements.
