Nestled in one of Australias most spectacular coastlines in a next to brand new office we have a role with a leading listed Australian civil contractor for a Civil Project Manager.

(Whilst this is based in Newcastle our PM will be expected to deliver projects in a regional footprint around the Hunter Valley that will require significant time away.

Your Mission:

• Delivering Civil Infrastructure projects across major transport renewables Defence
• Drive continuous improvement of a highperforming safety culture within the delivery team.
• Oversee the overall project delivery in line with internal processes.
• Manage the of engineering procurement and construction activities.
• Monitor progress against plans contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they remain on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
• Lead and manage teams of construction professionals including mentoring training and performance management.
