You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProvide excellent customer support in German Dutch and English across various channels (phone email chat).
Resolve customer inquiries issues and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Handle productrelated questions troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions.
Assist in administrative tasks such as logging inquiries updating customer records and following up on unresolved issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and work to resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support.
24/7 Rotative Shifts: Work in rotating shifts covering the full week including weekends and holidays.
Shift Duration: Each shift is 7 hours and 30 minutes long.
Lunch Break: A 30minute lunch break is included during each shift.
Fluency in German Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Good problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
The role is hybrid with a mix of onsite and remote work providing flexibility while still requiring some inperson presence in Ghent.
