Your Role:
- Moderate content (text images videos) in Dutch ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and legal standards.
- Identify and remove harmful content including hate speech violent material explicit content and spam.
- Work swiftly and fairly to ensure highquality moderation decisions that foster a positive online experience for users.
- Collaborate with a dynamic global team to address complex moderation issues.
- Stay uptodate with new trends best practices and challenges in content moderation and online safety.
- Meet performance targets while ensuring that each decision is fair and consistent.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in English for communication with international teams.
- Previous experience in content moderation community management or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick accurate decisions.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- A passionate advocate for online safety with a commitment to protecting digital spaces.
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
