Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our manufacturing team as a Specialist!
In this role you will be responsible for:
To assist the Shift Leader in all process topics within Manufacturing. Ensuring operators are trained to the correct standard and delivering the correct quality to the customer.
Key Deliverables:
- Establish maintain with a quality mindset to process
- Ensure team members are trained and developed to their full potential coaching them appropriately
- Issue within the process to be root caused and improvements implemented
- Drive internal costs down (process driven)
Additional responsibilities:
- Ensuring correct Quality Standards are applied
- First Response to issues
- Actively monitor and review associate training in line with training department
- Utilisation of BPS (Bosch Production System) principles ensuring we deliver competitive products from an agile and sustainably wastefree value stream
- Communicate issues with Shift Leader

Qualifications :
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in processes within a Manufacturing environment
- Ability to function in multiple team role and is selfdriven
- Ability to function under pressure and is target driven
- Problem solving capability
- Structured approach to managing tasks
- Lean Management (empowerment)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise (self management)
- Health & Safety Awareness
- Flexibility with regards to working hours in line with business requirements

Expected Start Date: May 2025
Working Hours: Annualised hours averaging 39 hours per week over the year. The working week length will be based over a range from 30 hours to 48 hours. Shifts will vary from 1st shift Mornings 2nd shift Afternoons to 3rd shift Nights.
