The Distributor Sales Specialist/Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing sales performance through distributor partners ensuring product availability sales target achievement and distributor relationship management.
Roles & Functions:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for distributor partners.
- Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Ensure distributor sales teams are trained and equipped with the necessary tools.
- Monitor distributor sales performance inventory levels and replenishment needs.
- Implement promotional and trade programs to drive sellthrough.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with distributor agreements and service level expectations.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: At least two 2 years of experience in the FMCG Food industry.
- Work Location:
- Luzon Distributor Sales Specialist / Manager – Must be open to assignments anywhere in Luzon.
- Davao / Soccsksargen Distributor Sales Specialist / Manager – Must be open to assignments anywhere in Davao and Soccsksargen.
